Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once a crypto payment is confirmed and the order is processing, contact us immediately at contact@jintropinofficial.com.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@jintropinofficial.com with your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Non-delivery

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, contact us with your tracking reference. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or credit if confirmed lost.

General policy

All sales are final once dispatched. We do not accept returns of opened products. Products are supplied for research purposes only.
